HDB rules we follow
- HDB renovation works are allowed from 9am to 6pm on weekdays and Saturdays, with no works on Sundays and public holidays. We schedule within these hours.
- Floor polishing does not need an HDB renovation permit, as no hacking or structural work is involved. Regrouting and tile replacement are also minor works.
- We use the service lift where there is one and protect the lift and common corridor while moving machines.
